That same property sold in just 12 hours on the market — a testament to strategic rehab, valuation, and market positioning.
My rehab work has been nominated for a 2026 Cook County Land Bank Authority award, and I currently serve as a Senior Loan Officer with TGH Capital, structuring commercial funding solutions for serious investors.
